It's interesting to see but if one can't take dairy, I'm not sure about eating chicken cooked in butter. It reminds me to eating crab dipped in butter. I could eat it younger but as I got older, I noticed either the crab is too rich or the combination of crab dipped in butter was too much for me. I actually can't eat lobster too much either, or shrimp. Something about crustaceans and butter is too rich for my body to handle, but then again duck and goose bothers me as well. Chicken doesn't but the butter makes me worried.

I love chayotes it’s a great substitute it keto recipes and when I graved something sweet I would go for chayotes they can be slightly sweet and is keto friendly

I was going to get one of these for living in a hotel room between moving apartments. I decided not to and got a the instant vortex air fryer instead. I’m glad I didn’t get this I feel like I get much more use and quality out of my air fryer and the microwave. Considering the air fryer is the same price and can airfry, bake, roast, broil, rotisserie and dehydrate on any temperature you want , Plus fits an entire rotisserie turkey/chicken in the middle 😂 (two big trays inside for air frying and baking). I definitely feel like the $40 sale price i paid for my air fryer is beyond worth it in every way possible for a $100 multi use air fryer/oven. Anything I need to steam, boil, or heat up I use the microwave for and I can make literally anything I want vs with this I would have been very limited in my meals

Hi. Very interesting. My grandmother made 'Farmers Cheese'. Just processed: heat milk(used goat or cows milk just before spoiled) at 200F add vinegar or lemon juice, strain off. Squeeze thru cloth. Put in bowl add herbs, onion, garlic to taste. Spread on toast in place of butter. Cover refrigerate 1 week. Thanks for demonstration.

I worked at a small cafe and we made ricotta exactly this way! 9/10 times it ended up wrong for the exact reason you had, incorrect temperature. We remade it constantly lol. It’s so great how simple it is once you get it right!!

Monophonic nightmare

My favorite kind of bagels used to be sesame and onion bagels and for the sweet bagels I really love the chocolate chip bagel. Gluten-free bagels just aren't the same as regular bagels so I don't really go for gluten-free bagels unless I have to bring a sandwich to work.
